Reales Atarazanas (Royal Shipyards)

Built in 1252 under a request of the King Alfonso X, "El Sabio", says de small sign that still remains from the foundation stone. Located next door to the Hospital de La Caridad the Royal Shipyards was used to house munitions and artillery for the Spanish Navy. At present the Royal Shipyards offer eventually concerts and special exhibits, that at times are free.The rows and rows of arches will provide you some good pictures.
